The room was spacious and clean, which was great. I liked the comfortable bedding, but the bathroom lighting could’ve been better. Also heard some planes taking off, but it wasn’t too bad. Overall, a pretty solid stay!

The updated decor in common areas felt inviting and bright, making it easy to navigate. It seemed well-suited for those with accessibility needs, adding to the comfort of my stay.
I faced a real challenge with the noise level nearby, especially during peak hours, which made it tough to enjoy some peace. The breakfast setup felt chaotic with limited options available, and more seating in common areas would have been appreciated for relaxation. Also, I encountered some issues with the room's condition, particularly a damp smell that lingered—not what I expected for the rate I paid. Lastly, it was frustrating that the pool was closed during my visit, denying some leisure time I hoped for.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Louisville and had a mix of experiences. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were super friendly. The room size was decent, and it was clean. I appreciated having a flat-screen TV and the convenience of an airport shuttle. However, the elevators were quite troublesome. Out of order most of the time, we ended up taking the stairs with our luggage twice, which was inconvenient. Breakfast choices could use a boost. It felt very basic, lacking variety. I was also disappointed that the hot water didn't get as hot as expected. Overall, there were moments I enjoyed, but the inconveniences certainly impacted my stay.

The breakfast offered good options, particularly the tartines, though the setup was inefficient, with both waffles and the main courses causing congestion. Unfortunately, the A/C in my room did not work properly, making for an uncomfortable experience. Additionally, the check-in process was chaotic, with initial difficulty in finding the reservation and issues with key cards not working. The overall ambiance was decent, but these issues greatly impacted my stay.

great amenities but some layout issues
The breakfast selection was free and good, with a nice variety of choices. The executive king room was spacious and comfortable, making our three-night stay enjoyable.
The setup for breakfast was not ideal.
