The room size was decent, and it was clean. I appreciated having a flat-screen TV and the convenience of an airport shuttle. However, the elevators were quite troublesome. Out of order most of the time, we ended up taking the stairs with our luggage twice, which was inconvenient. Breakfast choices could use a boost. It felt very basic, lacking variety. I was also disappointed that the hot water didn't get as hot as expected. Overall, there were moments I enjoyed, but the inconveniences certainly impacted my stay.

I absolutely loved the cozy atmosphere during my stay! The room was spacious with a comfy sofa bed, making it perfect for winding down after a long day. Plus, the breakfast options were surprisingly diverse – think fluffy eggs and scrumptious sausage that set my mornings up right!

The overall ambiance was decent, but these issues greatly impacted my stay.

This was just a prime choice for a break on a long journey in Louisville with real value for money. The staff was amazing, really attentive and friendly, which made our stay more enjoyable. Consider checking the cleanliness before unpacking, though.
